Our Story

We got tired of
crashing at the turn.

Every Divot Bar starts with the same round: strong on the front nine, running on empty by the back. Here's why we built something for the second half.

You know the round. Front nine, you're locked in — good contact, good decisions, plenty of energy. Then you make the turn, and it happens: you're hungry, your legs are heavy, and your focus starts to slip.

The options at that point are never good. A hot dog at the halfway house. A "protein" bar that's really just candy with a marketing budget, or one so chalky and full of sugar alcohols it's not worth the calories. Neither one keeps you sharp for the back nine — they just trade one problem for another.

So we built the bar we actually wanted in our own bag: real ingredients, 15 grams of protein to actually hold you, and adaptogens to keep you clear-headed instead of sluggish. Something that tastes good enough to look forward to at the turn, and does its job well enough that hole 18 feels like hole 1.

The Problem, By The Numbers

What a round without fuel actually looks like

At the Turn
Without Divot Bar
With Divot Bar
Energy
Sugar spike, then crash on the back nine
Steady through 18
Focus
Foggy, short-tempered
Clear-headed, locked in
Hunger
Back within the hour
Satiated to the clubhouse

Based on how we actually felt — not a clinical study. Your mileage may vary, but probably not by much.

What We Won't Compromise On

The standard we built to

Real Ingredients

If we can't pronounce it or wouldn't buy it at a grocery store, it's not going in the bar.

Built for the Round

Enough protein and fiber to actually hold you for four to five hours outside, not forty minutes.

No Sluggish Comedown

Adaptogens instead of a sugar rush, so hole 18 feels as sharp as hole 1.
